EVGA Precision XOC and IL-2 Sturmovik Errors

Hey everyone!

I recently started using EVGA Precision XOC to overclock my GTX 1080 Ti but I noticed that every time I run IL-2 Sturmovik, it crashes and it's solely due to XOC running. Is there a way to fix this? Or should I start using MSI Afterburner to OC my EVGA FTW3 1080 Ti?

There was an older version that caused this sort of problems. What version you running?

I've been using 6.2.3 for a while and have had no problems.

Thank you!! I wasn't overclocking, but had EVGA Precision XOC running in the background. Killing the process seems to have resolved my instant crashes.

I use MSI Afterburner on another PC. And it appears to work with IL-2.

I have the newest version from the EVGA site.

Now with this update I have jittery issues when flying in the campaign more. Quick missions look fine so far. Anyone have recommendations for the Oculus Rift graphics settings with an 8700k OC to 4.8ghz, gtx 1080ti, 32gb ram, running on an M2 SSD.

I had this running on my previous computer which was a 7700k OC to 4.7ghz and it ran fine. I upgraded to an 8700k with a Maximus X mobo last week, and with the new update things are jittery in campaign mode for some reason.

You mean turning off the mirrored display on my monitor, while I'm using the Oculus Rift? How can I do that?

In EVGA Precision thee is a setting on the upper left side with a tic for OSD, or On Screen Display. just untic it. It has also caused problems in other games. Try it and see.

Awesome. Thanks Dauntless!

Is there somewhere that's a decent guide for VR settings with a higher end rig that I can go by?
