                 When playing the game it suddenly went all green and rebooting did nothing. so I am unable to play.

Need more info. System info, OS, and if the game runs but the screen is green?

                Yes you can hear the game running in the background The os is windows.I am  unable to play stalingrad as it keeps crashing and I cannot play blitz because of the green screen. That only leaves rise of flight which i will have to be content with until these issues are sorted out

Have you checked out all the guides to solutions for issues other people will having?

AMD cards occasionally others suffered  from green smoke in cliffs ! could this be an extension of this !  can't recall what fixed it but would be available searching ATAG site , good luck
