PFR_Bearkiller72 Posted December 31, 2013 Posted December 31, 2013 (edited) Salute, fellow pilots! Base go around done vertically:back in 2007 I proposed this as a kind of "final exam" to some buddies, so they could show off and prove their skills in the old, original Il-2: 1946 game... Now I've tried my very own skills in the pre-Alpha of BoS. The test:close canopy, start up,take-off (no flaps!),gears up,keep level (!),upon reaching 400km/h,pull her up into an "Immelmann" (half-loop).Upon completion, roll out into level, cut throttle, gears down, flaps down, descent down to base. And of course land safely. Safely means, you could take off again and fight immediately...! If anyone wants to try, good luck and Hals und Beinbruch! I'll be working on doing this with the LaGG one of these days... Edited December 31, 2013 by SK_Bearkiller72
