Has COD Blitz Shut Down Telemetry Export?

Admittedly, I represent a niche within a niche, within another niche, in the simulator community. Simulation / Flight / WWII Flight /motion rig builder...

 

I know IL-2 Stalingraders have appealed for telemetry export on BOS but the developers have demurred for any number of understandable reasons.

At least flight motion rig tinkers had Cliffs of Dover to fall back on. Unfortunately, there has been much disappointment over at Xsimulator.net recently. The COD Blitz patch seems to have blitzed telemetry too. https://www.xsimulator.net/community/threads/il-2-sturmovik-cliffs-of-dover-plugin.4836/page-4

 

Is this simply a problem plug-in writers need to figure out after the official COD & Fusion mod integration or has the functionality purposely been shut off? Would like to know so I can concentrate on  a work-around or grieving.
