The control panel is custom made.
Used the controller MJoy16.
Installed 10 buttons, 4 encoders, 11 toggle switches without fixing in the extreme positions, two toggle switches and one toggle switch with protective cover.
For the basis of the case is taken plastic factory box Z90.
The upper part of the composite.
Width 225 mm, height 175 mm, thickness 65 mm without toggle switches.
I can assemble in another layout according to your desire.

Panel "Micro" :)

Looks great! It's going to be a control panel to send radio commands to gunners and AI wingmen (might also use it for the commands to move a particular gunner station). :soldier:

Very nice! That's neat to see you have found a way to implement lights.

Yes, but this light is not “software”; the voltage on the LEDs is supplied by the second group of switches of the toggle switches.

Wow great stuff nice work! I want all this stuff but already have a couple button boxes, I don't want to run out of USB ports or too many game controllers IL2 can't detect all of them.

I just checked my Aiologs sequential shifter works great as a gear up/down lever :)

If without alteration, then about 30 days.
If you make changes, then about 1.5 months.

Nice bit of kit, I'm running a simworx long handle seq shift with hydraulic hand brake( not true hydraulic but looks the part)  I got the Logitech panels ,slaw pedals, warthog and virpil  but this bloke stuff looks amazing and what I've been looking for .

Fantastic work... as soon as the wife's work situation becomes clearer I'll order at least the trim box.  Do you plan on making something with more than one lever?  Right now I'm using a hodgepodge of control boxes - Gunfighter for the stick (incredible kit), Warthog throttle for throttle and button box, and a CH Quadrant for all the sliders - 2 trim, prop pitch, mixture, oil rads, and water rads.  The CH box works but is bulky and, well, rather ugly.  Your trim box plus something with 3-4 more levers would be perfect.

Yes, I can do what you want with your individual wishes.
The main thing is the use of my standard mechanics, and the style of the hulls.
There are many block options on my YouTube channel.
All of them are collected according to the wishes of customers.

I wanna buy something  .....

Some of the things you  make will be good to have ?

But you're always making something new .... And maybe that's better than you have made ?

And if I buy and you then make  something better ?‍♂️

Well , how much € for trimblock ?? ?

"there is no limit to perfection..."

This particular block is expensive due to the cost of three-turn potentiometers.
The price of one potentiometer at which I can buy them is $ 30 ...
Whole unit price $ 130 + shipping $ 20

Very nice!

Question: on the Flaps switch in that last video, it looks like there is a custom plastic switch fitted over the metal toggle switch. Is that so?
