Where is Spitfire cocpit layout/toturial?

Just boght it but cant find a layout of cocpit. Allso is it possible to change to metric?

Try this out, and sorry no metric unless you turn on the hud.

As for metric instruments, we get what the planes had. I wouldn't want it any other way.
