Got VR 2 months ago, and really got hooked again with IL BOS.

Before, I had a CH throttle, Gladiator Pro, and Saitek rudder pedals.

Replaced the CH Throttle with a Warthog, very nice upgrade, more refined, more axes, more buttons, like it a lot.

Then replaced the Saitek rudder pedals with the MFG Crosswinds, huge difference, the feel , the amount of tunability and specially every minor mini input its translated to the sim, a lot more immersive.

Finally the Gladiator Pro which I really like, was replaced by the Virpil M50 with extensions.

Now the movements are like a real plane, with a desktop joystick you just move the wrist, like in an Airbus or Cirrus, works fine , feels fine.

With the Virpil and extensions you have to make the movements like the real airplane needs, with your arm and shoulder, feels different, a lot more accurate , realistic and very immersive, you can do super smooth take offs and landings with this setup, lot more precise, for aiming too.

Expensive , yes, but couldnt be happier with this setup, well worth the money, makes it a lot more immersive and closer to a real life airplane feeling with this controllers.

Same path, Saitek to MFGs.  I see you have propped your pedals up almost the same as I have (I use my other racing pedals up against the wall, same idea though).

I went the VKB Gunfighter Pro with MCG Pro and I really love it. Still waiting on a throttle (I'm using my MSFFB2 as a throttle!), that's the next purchase.

Same here, absolutely love my Virpil setup with the Crosswind Pedals.

Hard combo to beat!

Very nice setup. I use MFG Crosswinds since over 4 years,I could never go back to anything else. Since almost 2 years I'm using a BRD stick, no way I will ever go back to a short stick.

Same for me, went from a decades use of CH fighterstick and pedals to a Virpil stick with extension and crosswinds, and just bought a Rift. I have little time to fly, so when I do I want the best experience possible.

I'm pretty much there I think.
