Pupo Posted March 2, 2018 Posted March 2, 2018 (edited) Quote 2-3 weeks. Not as soon as I hoped, but glad to finally have a more definite date. On the otherh hand, the P39 is looking awesome. Edit: also, For the first time EVER, the photos in the update appear in the proper scale when clicked on. The new forum rocks! Edited March 2, 2018 by Pupo
L3Pl4K Posted March 2, 2018 Posted March 2, 2018 3 weeks...maybe more?... April 1st should be possible
6./ZG26_Custard Posted March 2, 2018 Posted March 2, 2018 The P-39 cockpit looks very inviting, I'm sure many pilots are going to make it their new home.

Juri_JS Posted March 2, 2018 Posted March 2, 2018 Is this a second reticle on the windscreen of the P-39, as replacement when the main gunsight is damaged?

Stryker07 Posted March 2, 2018 Posted March 2, 2018 2 weeks would be nice, lol, but at least we have a solid time frame to look forward to!

That it is; you would need to line it up with the "bead" on the fuselage. ** Edit - LukeFF beat me to is ** Speaking of the cockpit, it looks absolutely fantastic!!! Love the attention to detail; including the nose gear indicator on the fuselage on the 3rd picture - and surprise, surprise! A rear view mirror! Stunning. Simply stunning. I can't wait to strap her on! Edited March 2, 2018 by hedger72
Rjel Posted March 2, 2018 Posted March 2, 2018 The P-39 is looking very nice. The update is sounding well worth the wait.
=gRiJ=Roman- Posted March 2, 2018 Posted March 2, 2018 I wish we could have a list of this: We have 20 Career mission types working of 25 planned for the release What are the 20 types like? I'd love to know that ....

gn728 Posted March 2, 2018 Posted March 2, 2018 (edited) Yup- that P-39 is indeed a beauty... Edited March 2, 2018 by gn728
Uufflakke Posted March 2, 2018 Posted March 2, 2018 I don't consider the P-39 as a beautiful plane but I can step in now like an English gentleman in a London black cab. Instead of climbing in like a chimpanzee. 3
303_Bies Posted March 2, 2018 Posted March 2, 2018 (edited) Cobra's cockpit looks amazing. It's so different. Edited March 2, 2018 by bies
sevenless Posted March 2, 2018 Posted March 2, 2018 Cool! Take your time. Better bugfree than a lot of hotfixes. Good news!
Ceowulf Posted March 2, 2018 Posted March 2, 2018 Can't wait for the career. P39 shots look great. About the release schedule: I, for one, really appreciate the transparency and didn't mind a bit that 3.001 was pushed out. I still don't and am happy with whatever it takes. I love that there's not just planes but lots of content and improvements coming. I'd pay for those things any day. Ceowulf<><
=EXPEND=CG_Justin Posted March 2, 2018 Posted March 2, 2018 Looks beautiful!!! There is light at the end of tunnel, 2 - 3 weeks until the update! I am VERY excited for this update. Get ready blue pilots, I can already see an entire army of P-39's and A-20's crowding the online skies!!

dburne Posted March 2, 2018 Posted March 2, 2018 Thanks for the update, very excited about getting 3.001! And that P-39 cockpit looks fantastic!

Beazil Posted March 2, 2018 Posted March 2, 2018 Well, that might be the nicest cockpit yet - it should be a real treat in VR with that gunsight that's just begging to be "looked around". Those new doors look really nice as well. Thanks for the exciting update - I myself am just about to update from my i7 2600k to an 8700k tonight.... just have to mosey the moxy to start disassembling stuff....
Freycinet Posted March 2, 2018 Posted March 2, 2018 New forum, new wonderful-looking cockpit, what's not to like? - THANKS!
pilotpierre Posted March 2, 2018 Posted March 2, 2018 The release date works for me. We get back from os 27 Mar and I have my prostate removed 29 Mar. I then have 4 to 6 weeks of no physical exertion. Ergo many guilt free hours of coming to grips mit der biggenupdaten.
Lensman Posted March 3, 2018 Posted March 3, 2018 Thanks for the update. Looking good and 3 weeks is not very much. Quality not quantity!
CanadaOne Posted March 3, 2018 Posted March 3, 2018 That P-39 cockpit looks like it has great visibility. Going to be a sweet ride to enjoy all those lovely new graphics.
