HELP PLEASE!! Kubinka Tank Museum (Ball Tank)

Gents/Developers,

 

I was wondering where the developers might get some of their information for the forth coming tank game and stumbled across this museum.  Therefore, can anybody enlighten me as to what a ball tank was (apart from a tank that was round as a ball) and how it worked or what it was used for, please?

 

In addition, the link below show a couple of tanks including the ball tank and the SU-152 which I believe is in the next tank game!?

The other link is about the ball tank but very limited!!
