FW-190A5/U17 ATA time limits

In FW-190A5's  Aircraft flight and technical specifications, there is a note:

 

- U17 strike modification includes C3 additional fuel injection system. When engaged, it increases pressure to 1.65 ATA (10 minutes time limit). This system can be turned on by engine boost command only at 100% throttle, with automatic propeller pitch control enabled and at altitudes lower than 1 km.

 

but also: 

 

 

Emergency power (up to 3 minutes): 2700 RPM, 1.42 ata

 

My question is; can this 10min limit be used 10min at once or 10min total during one sortie?

 

How long can i use 1.42 ATA then in U17 modification?

 

1.65 for 10 minutes but 1.42 for 3 minutes?

 

Or i don't understand this note correctly?

If C3 boost is engaged, you can fly 10 minutes constantly. If not, you can fly only 3 minutes on 1.42 ATA.

Would like to know this as well. The notes aren’t clear about how many times you can use the boost. So just for 10 minutes once. Or multiple times after resting the engine.

You can use it for 10 mins, but after that you should rest the engine in Economy mode for about 5-8 mins.

Negative. You can use combat mode

what u can't use is emergency mode

 

With the U17, i can fly constantly with combat mode and boost mode because one recovers while i use the other one
