Steam: BOM purchase not shown in the base game

Dear community

 

I recently bought BOS on Steam and have been busy so far getting my gear up and running. BOS as such runs flawlessly, I just started with the Quick Missions.

 

Yesterday, I bought BOM on Steam. Albeit the purchase seems to have been successful (receipt received) and Steam shows BOM as 'installed', none of the BOM content is shown in the actual game - not the maps, not the planes, not the missions...

 

For the purchase of BOM, I didn't get an activation code. I rebooted my gaming laptop several times, emptied the Steam download-cache etc. etc, but BOM is simply not shown in the game. I checked the FAQ and also googled if somebody has had the same problem

 

I contacted Steam support, but they directed me to the official support site.  

 

Before I drop a line to the developers or IL-2 support respectively, I would like to check if somebody has a hint how I could access the BOM content.

In your Steam Library, after you select IL2, there should be some text on the right saying CD Key. It should show one for both BoS and BoM. Copy that CD key, and then login to the IL2 website to redeem that key.
