Has anyone added an extension to their VKB joystick?

I have the Gladiator Pro and really like it.

I like the WWII 109 style grip a lot.

 

Was thinking of getting the base from the gunfighter and buying an extension.

 

How does the VKB feels with an extension? With the default springs isnt it too soft with all the leverage the extension gives?

I have a Gunfighter Pro (comes with the extension). It feels great and is very accurate. It is rather soft by default, however the Gunfighter base allows for two sets of springs on each axis so you have a lot of customization options.
