How do you take off the Stuka with the 1800KG bomb?

I find that when taking off with flaps with the Ju-87 I struggle to gain speed after liftoff, often resulting in my cruising along a little while at 150 meters then having the nose drop and loosing maybe 75 meters when I pull them up, so I'll have to have a go at some flapless takeoffs.

Old bush pilot STOL technique.   Run up the engine while standing on the brakes and let go when she's straining at the bit.  Keep the flaps up to reduce drag on rollout and help the aircraft accelerate quickly (every little bit helps), then at the last second just as you reach enough speed to get airborne, dump the flaps out and haul back to pop her in the air, level out to keep your speed up and carefully start retracting the flaps in a level or shallow climb as best you can to maintain airspeed and altitude.  Pull RPM back first just enough to keep it from blowing up, followed by increments in reduced throttle for same.  Once cleaned up she should be at a workable altitude and able to climb out within reason.  Take only as much fuel as is needed to avoid becoming a large bonfire at the end of the runway.

Have you tried just taxiing to your target?

I accidentally landed at the wrong airfield and tried taxiing over to the right one a couple klicks or so away.  I did not have an airplane left when I got there, lol.

Landing at 110-130kph with a stap to 65-85% throttle 100% rpm with landing flaps to arrest the very high sink rate.
Hard to see in pic but stick is full back.

Dude that's frikkin' cool as a jewel... Stuka as a bush plane doing sandbar touch n'goes. What map and location is this? I'd like to set up a custom mission for this, it would be a hoot!

After reading this thread i decided i'd give the max fuel, 1800 bomb, siren, and armor plate the ol college try. I did my usual MiG-3 style take off holding the brakes while the engine gets up to speed and releasing once the aircraft starts to move or turn. The takeoff was all over the runway and even off the side i was surprised i didnt end up doing ground loops! After i rolled off the end of the runway at around 170kph i ended up hitting a shallow bump and pleasantly found myself airborne. Ended up with some engine damage from leaving it in emergency mode for too long (left it on past 300m altitude), but it was still flying. Eventually i ditched the bomb to play around with the stuka (i havent flown it much) and ended up actually killing my engine. I have to ask, is it normal for the wheels to end up on the ground in front of you when landing the stuka?

Can you be more specific about which tree we are supposed to hit?

I think there was an airworthiness directive about it. ?

why using Max fuel there is no need for it on any mission (in MP)

Single player maybe never played it or even opened it really in 3 years.

Sadly enough the tree is the only 1 on that hill but i still hit it.
