Rockets - setting fuse presets?

Ok I am finally getting around to trying some rockets and bombs, I kind of suck right now have managed to get 1 kill under my belt, but need a lot of practice I guess.

 

So anyway the DD spoke of 3 fuse presets for the rockets, 300m, 500m, and 1000m....

 

Am I supposed to be able to change these presets in the plane setup menu? IE after I choose the mission , I get a plane setup option prior to starting the mission, where I can choose the unlocks. I have rockets chosen, the fuse preset selected is 300m, but it will not let me select it to change the preset?

It's a bit counter intuitive, but you make the selection of fuse by first selecting rockets as loadout and then scrolling with your mousewheel while holding the cursor over the loadout field (the black box which displays the currently selected loadout) This will let you cycle between the different fuse settings, the scrolldown menu doesn't work yet apparently.

 

Keep in mind, that the fuse settings are more or less useless for ground attack. They were used for air-to-air attacks against bombers.
