It seems to be based on a misunderstanding of aerodynamics. A wing stalls when the angle of attack exceeds a certain value. That is the only* reason it stalls. It has no direct correlation with airspeed. *I am ignoring transonic shock stalls etc here, as they aren't really relevant to BoX.
