An e-mail has been sent to the merchant informing them of the error. The following is the result of the attempt to charge your credit card. This transaction has been approved. It is advisable for you to contact the merchant to verify that you will receive the product or service. I have contacted the il2 support and the il2 support refuse to check their email. what should I do?

The help desk will eventually get to your email and will follow up with the 3rd party that handles the CC transactions and will rectify the issue. Just be patient. Make sure you forward a copy of the purchase to the support desk. Not sure why the devs are having all these problems lately, hopefully it means they are getting a lot of business and are overwhelmed.

Stryker07 Posted February 1, 2018 Posted February 1, 2018 I also had these this problem the second week of Jan. It took a 4-6 days to get it all figured out, including a weekend as I don't think they work weekends. It is fairly slow back and forth, but they will get you squared away.
Dunringill Posted February 15, 2018 Posted February 15, 2018 I also have this problem right now. Bought BOK a week ago and got the same message as the above. But 10 minutes later I got a reciept with license number, but since the purchase doesn't appear in my user account I can't activate it. I have e-mailed and also sent 2 support tickets but heard nothing yet. Oh well, it's just a computer game so the world doesn't end, but I would really like to try BOK since I paid for it
