I notice that when I change the skin of the plane my squad mates don’t change. Is ta impossible to do or am I doing somthing wrong?

If you are using a custom mission, you need to change the skin to your wingman too, not only you. If you are playing the game missions, only you can change your skin, that's what I understand ...
