Not able to manage prop pitch in LW aircraft.

After last update the buttons assignet to it on my joystick don`t work anymore (the actual buttons are fine). So I went to reassign my keys in the Keybinding section of the game and found :

- RPM control

- prop pitch increase / prop pitch decrease.

 

The first works only for VVS aircraft, the second doesn`t work at all.

 

Still I have no control over prop pitch in LW planes. I`m aware of the auto/manual PP button. Am I missing something here (maybe different key bindings)?

I use a hat button to toggle propeller manual control on and off with 90 degree push assigned to "Switch propellers pitch control mode", then 0 degrees "propeller high pitch" and 180 degrees for "propeller low pitch".   That certainly works - just checked.

Thanks, that helped me locate my mistake and it works now. Tuned out I had four different bindings overlapping with one another.

You simplify thighs if use the same keys/buttons for commands that despite use different names do the same thing. Example:

 

Adjustable stabilizer axis

Pitch trim up

Pitch trim down

Fw-190 adjustable stabilizer up

Fw-190 adjustable stabilizer down

 

All make the plane nose or tail heavy, so I assign W and S for all, same of similar cases, like propeller adjust.
