Mh.. Welcome to simulation :)

In SP you can set difficulty settings : just tick the "Unlimited ammo" box.

In MP you're very likely not to be able to see such a setting.

Some rear gunners can reload but I think that is only in one or two LW aircraft.  Pretty sure none of the VVS ones can.

You have to reload the mainguns in the Bf110 E2 after shooting the first and the second 60 rounds each gun.

...and in the G-2, when using the 37 mm cannon.

Exists base where I can down my plane and reload?

Nope. You land your plane, end mission and respawn.

Reload is probably better understood as "clear misfire"

To clear a misfire on a turret-mounted weapon, you can press either Left Alt +R key combination or the middle button on the mouse.

There is a reload function on the LAFN Series 2 fighter too.... you will see the reload handles in the cockpit operate when you press the key combination.

In the fighter it will also load the first round into the breech block assuming that there is no rounmd already loaded.

You can see this in the LA5FN....If you have the instrument panel setting enabled you can see the remaining ammunition..... Then if you execute the reload command when you first get in the plane you will see that it reduces the remaining ammunition by 2 as it clears the breech. (SHVAK 340 becomes 338)
