What's the difference with the easy flight model?

Gents, just a quick question please- wondering what the difference is exactly with the "simple flight model" option and also if berloga or or any other servers use this?

I also wonder about this. As far as I know the flight model remains the same..

Berloga just uses low temperatures which give a more stable feel and more engine power.

I'm pretty sure it simply removes your ability to go into an accelerated stall or a spin of any kind. I think the FM remains the same, but the game puts a limit on your control input so you cannot screw up.
