Setting Up to learn to fly before missions

Hi, I'm a complete novice, what settings to do just to learn to takeoff fly and land, I've got the ultimate edition software running on windows 10 64 bit with compactbilty for windows 7, joystick Playmax phantom hawk, TIA Trevor

Ultimate edition sounds a bit like IL-2 1946

Another great tip if you don't already know.. ( i dont know you aviation knowledge level)

Is to go on youtube and watch video about real planes,
eg,
How planes fly,
Pilot training videos,
Taildragger training videos,
Engineering videos and how planes are built.
