eagledble Posted January 15, 2018 Posted January 15, 2018 After paying through credit card by authorize.net, there was a message saying something like "contact merchant timeout, the purchase status is successful, please contact merchant". I don't have the new planes in my purchase list or license key list. And my credit card was charged and I don't have any order id info or email or receipt about that purchase on IL2 website. I have contacted IL2 support and they just repeated "Cannot know the status of an unknown payment for an unknown order." What should I do.?
AndyJWest Posted January 15, 2018 Posted January 15, 2018 Contact your credit card company, explaining the situation. They should be able to either provide evidence that payment was made, or cancel the payment.

But IL2 reply me that " We need an order number and a transaction number". Contact your credit card company, explaining the situation. They should be able to either provide evidence that payment was made, or cancel the payment.
