neofightr2 Posted January 9, 2018 Posted January 9, 2018 A week ago I ordered the scripted campaigns along with the latest pre-order (bodenplatte). I got an email receipt and my credit card was charged. A week goes by and there is still no sign of these products (keys etc) on my profile/game account. I realize it was the holidays last week but it's been almost a full week. I have put in two trouble tickets via support and no response. Is there anyone working customer support? Anyone corresponded with them these past couple of days?
Herne Posted January 9, 2018 Posted January 9, 2018 I think you need to log into your store account https://il2sturmovik.com/store and check your profile. you should have a license key emailed to you, or if you bought them on steam, look for the licence keys there, but you need to register the keys on the store/profile

This is very odd. Sadly if I don't hear from someone in a couple of weeks I will have to consider reverse charges on my credit card then I will have to figure out how do I purchase products from this company going forward. I even emailed the 3rd party who handles the purchase transactions here in the US and I don't get a reply from them either going on two days. This is crazy. I checked my email system and the spam folder. I just don't get the lack of response. Got a similar issue a week ago. Don't worry too much, they celebrate Christmas in Russia, this weekend just passed, so many people still on their holidays. It should all get sorted out for you soon.

A few programmers chose to stay behind and catch up on the work but everyone else including customer service staff is almost certainly at home sleeping as we speak. Out curiosity have you tried to play the campaigns in game? Perhaps they've been activated automatically?

Ok thanks for the clarification of the holiday dates I thought this was the start of the work week over there. I can wait. And yes I have been checking in game. Not sure why they decided to have a sale right in the middle of their holidays. In any case I can wait till they get back. I have lots of stuff to play with in game.
Dutch2 Posted January 9, 2018 Posted January 9, 2018 (edited) The help desk is still open, only they need a couple of days to reply back and it looks if they can not do any actions like reset of an miss-activation of an license key. edit, finally I did recieve an Email the communications right now is slow and very difficult, I hope it will be better after the break. I bought BOK a day or two back, and after a few hours still hadn't received an email, nor had it shown up on the Purchases or License Keys tabs. I did receive a receipt for the transaction, but no further details. Currently waiting on a support ticket I sent with a screenshot of said receipt for response.

First solution they show, is nothing more then what you already found on the FAQ and in my case keep on repeating the difference between the standard and premiun edition, hell so I did not know that :-( I have noticed that those help desks from Farawaystan, are programmed to think in problems, never in solutions. So I always try to bring in the possible solution and ask for the 2th line helpdesk if that is not working. On the other hand they also cope with people who are trying to get a free game, who have the brain of a reptile, still think they can run BoX on a PC from 1999, problems that are not related to BoX or like me trying to write down something in bad English to an helpdesk that is also not familiar to the English language. edit: I know it will take a long time but eventually you get what you did buy. Stryker07 Posted January 18, 2018 Posted January 18, 2018 (edited) I am having similar issues with BoM. They charged my card, and I got a receipt, but isn't showing up on my profile.
