Book or combat manual about Bf-109?

I am curious about know the real tactics of 109. I am not a 109 pilot and I have few time with this simulator. I use to fly DCS but now I want to try the WWII birds.

 

The question is I want to discover the real way to combat of the 109 because when I fight with them, they climb too easy to avoid combat and they even can keep the speed climbing such things are very weird. I mean I find this feature too much. The vertical combat seem too superior, but too much.

 

Well just that. A book about a real 109 pilot that show the tactics and way to combat please?
