Oculus users @ 90fps: What Super Sampling setting for you?

Im using 1.7 SS using Steam VR Beta. Results great. So now go higher?

What SS are you using? Also, Oculus Tray Tool or Steam VR Beta?

1.7 in steamVR. I've tried going higher and although I appear to have the GPU headroom to do it (50% usage is normal at 90 fps), I have noticed more frequent fps dips when doing so. Can't say I can really tell a difference when going above 1.7 anyways.

I use 1.5 SS set in Oculus Tray Tool with a profile for BoS.

Also a clarification, whilst I maintain 90 fps a good part of the time, not always - heavy combat will pull the fps down some but still very fluid with ASW off.

Ok. thx Just wondering if rocking above 2.0

I use 1.0. I cannot accept any fps drops below 90 even for a second and my hardware does not give me much room for playing with SS.

Im with you man, but maybe give Dynamic Resolution Factor a go to see if ~1.5 SS and DRF .8 works similar with slighter better graphics?

Dumb question: are you suggesting setting 1.5SS/.8 DRF in NVidia's Control Panel?  Would that even affect VR?

1.2 in Tray tool. ASW forced off.

For sessions in the ju88, 1.1 or 1 since it's a frame eating ruffian.

I m suggesting using (1) the SS slider in Steam Home VR Beta + .8 DRF that is in game under graphics settings, developed by IL2.

Ahh...thanks for the clarification.  I'll have to experiment!
