AI gunners in SP and all that etc....

Okay I know this has been bought up before..But...is there any way to tone down the AI gunners in SP using the FMB?  I know you are not supposed to float on your targets six, peppering away and all that..AND I am OK with head on and high beam attacks...I just bought down a JU 88 with a high beam attack..BUT my AI squadron mates are as thick as bricks...The luftwaffe does not require fighter escort.  The bombers are quite capable of shooting down attackers no probs...who of course attack from the bombers six...Am aware of WIP and the tremendous work done to make Blitz even playable however.  That the team are working on SP so hats to off to that (I firmly believe SP are in the majority, OK flame away).  

 

Being slightly damaged in my last sortie I headed to the nearest field, landed no probs, but still seems as though my wingies want to pile into the deck, after I have landed...sigh.  BUT, there are a lot of positives, things are coming along...I think.  Just make sure you attack from the beam or front, jolly hard, but hey..I made it through my last mission, certainly a pucker factor there that wasnt before...Damage modelling is certainly impressive, judging by the ingame text...OK enough of my garrulous mumblings.

 

Oh, is there any way in a Hurri or Spit to check how much gas one has left, my fuel gauge seems stuck on full?

Put the attached mission files in Documentos\1C SoftClub\il-2 sturmovik cliffs of dover\mission\quick *

 

Is the Quick Mission " 011 - Bomber Intercept - Channel - Low Level" - I change gunners skill individually for each Do-17 leaving their Aerial Gunnery bellow than Average - but one plane has the gunnery skill high. :)

 

Then give a feedback of gunners behavior, if is acceptable I will change in all other QM - a long, tedious work in FMB.

 

BTW - Your wingman's has not more "Rookies" and "Aces", so that fire all ammo as "water hose spray" e "UFO" maneuvers should be reduced.

 

* Edited missions placed in Documents\1C... don't affect the "default" ones - case you care about then. :)

 

But the game engine give priority for QM placed in Documents\1C... over the "default" placed in SteamApps\Common\Il-2 Strum...Cliffs...
