Why no Yak 1 Series 69 template?

I am wondering why there is no 4k template for the Yak 1 Series 69. 

 

I would certainly love to have one. I don't know how to create them myself, I mostly modify existing skins for personal fun and use. I find it strange that I can reskin everything in 4k except the Yak 1 Series 69.
