Bought BoK, the game is not showing in my purchases.

Yesterday I bought battle of Kuban from the IL-2 site, I already own BoS. I got a mail which title was:

Transaction Receipt from 777 Studios for $69.99 (USD)

Which says I paid all the money, in fact they are not on my bank account anymore, but I have no access to the game. It's not listed in my purchases or in my license key on my account. When I enter BoS the content is still the same, no BoK.

 

What's happening? Meanwhile I contacted the Customers Support, I hope they will be on it soon.

I think it's worth mentioning that I bought BoS years ago on Steam.

BoK is still in early access. Check the Quick Mission for the presence of Bf 109 G-4, Bf 110 G-2 or He 111 H-16. If they are there everything is fine.

 

But the lack of a listed License Key is odd. In that case you may have to wait until after support returns from the Holiday Break, I'm afraid.

Yesterday (the 25th) i sent them an email and i got a reply, I sent them the mail that i got but I am still waiting for an answer.
