Everyone,

 

I just wanted to say thank you for your support this year and I hope you have a Merry Christmas and Happy New Year! This time of year we take a bit of a holiday break, but we'll be back at it with the new year. 

 

Also, this has been a unusually busy Q4 for us and I have fallen way behind in my correspondence. To anyone who has written me I apologize if you have not gotten a response. I get many emails and PMs and when I get busy I have to triage them and only respond to the most urgent. I will try to catch up over the Holiday break. So please don't take it personally if I have not responded to your message. I will try my best to respond shortly and if I don't please just write me again.

 

2017 was a super year in lots of ways, I hope we can top it in 2018!

Those A20 pictures did it for me. If the missus does not gift me Kuban for Christmas, I will just buy it myself :P

Looks like 100kg or possibly 50kg, definitely not 250. No way the plane would carry 1000lbs that far out on the wing.

In the devblog they mentioned it could carry 100 or 250 Kgs in the wings, but I don't know how many 250s, I guess one in each wing?

That might be, but 2x250kg under each wing would mean that the plane would be carrying more than half its maximum bombload under the wings, and that’s highly unlikely.

Merry Christmas to all who've contributed to the community and most of all to the Development team for their incredible efforts. 2017 has been a monumental year for flight simmers because of you all. Next year looks to be even more so. I'm eager to strap on the P-51 that I expect we will be flying long before this time next year.

Merry Christmas Jason and the whole Super 1C / 777 Team !!!!

 

And a 2018 full of Health, Joy and Prosperity, and Love, extending to the whole il2 Community.

 

Honestly the last two years and the Superb work done by 1C/ 777, gave me the Best Ever Flight Simulation available for prop aircraft - something I looked for in the very 1st place before finally falling in love with air combat :-)
