I don't think so. Transferring keys is not possible unless you bought it before the expansions were available on Steam, in which case you can contact customer support.

I think the game prohibits activating the same game twice.

If you just want to login from Steam, there's no need to activate it. When launching from Steam just use your account credentials. Meanwhile, you can probably gift the new key to someone else.

FOUDER : Simply because I can not buy on the official website I created a paypal account I added money and never used to use the wallet always ask to add credit card and I do not have an international card, and I'm tired of this and how it's going to be better because I have GOOD Steam and I buy it well.
