I really wish pre-orders had an extra discount on holiday sales. I want BoBP and La5FN, but I can't get it because I'm getting VKB Rudder Pedals. I'm hoping I'll get enough money from Christmas to get those.

I took the "Ten days of Autumn" campaings and I am really enjoying it... Really waiting for Kuban full release

 

Now I only lack to pre-order BOBP and I will have a complete collection, just need more time for it

You'd fly it sometimes and you'd enjoy it every single time. That has been my experience.

 

I had one gifted to me by a fine Girtish gentleman, and it's a very nicely put together plane.

I have a couple questions: should I buy the standard BoS or BoM, and should I get it on steam or direct from 1C?

 

I have a baby that is actually due today so it is a pretty tight Christmas and I want to make sure to get the right present.

Premium offers a better value (in terms of the number of aircraft per dollar) but is otherwise identical to standard. The additional aircraft can be purchased later.

 

Choose between BoS and BoM by finding the aircraft types that interest you most. The MP environment is unified.

 

Buy direct from here and bypass Steam.

I say that because, as I understand it, the developers don't lose a cut to Steam, and though I'm not sure if there is a difference, the game installation and updates from this site are smooth and silky.

With the sale on, I'd stretch for the Premium version and get the better bang for the buck. I'd also recommend buying on this site. You can still use Steam as a launcher if you want to but buying it here gives the devs much more of the money directly and helps fund future update.
