I'm trying to find the comedy sketch of two Tommies in a trench on Christmas eve.  Through the darkness comes the sound of a single voice, mournfully singing Silent Night. 

One of the Tommies crawls to the edge of the trench and raises his rifle.  Taking careful aim, he fires and there is a distant scream and silence once again.

He lowers his rifle and crawls back to rejoin his comrade.  They look at one another...

 

"Bloody Welsh", he says.
