Head zoom?

In IL2:BOS there is a joystick axis Zoom view, which I put on a slider on my X52 pro which works great. I looked but can't seem to find the equivalent in IL2:COD. Any advice how to setup head zoom? I am using it with my TrackIR. Thanks!

CloD don' allow map "ZOOM" in axis, only in keys/buttons and this was added by TF. *

Original game only allow "zoom" pressing a key and moving mouse back and forth, think in an awkward thing...
