Saitex rudder pedals power but not recognised

Not sure if a recent windows update caused a problem or the unit is bust. The power light is on but the controller does not rdgister in the game. Its apparently impossible to take off a spitfire with keyboard controls

Driver shot? Not uncommon for Windows updates. Reinstall or complete Deinstallation pf Saitek software might help (the pedlas don't require software).
