Hello everyone,
I'm new on this simulator and just bought from IL 2 Battle of Bodenplate - Premium edition, my activation key is activated, but when I want to launch the game I ask for a login and password and unfortunately the word pass and login saved on IL 2 is denied by the game with this message,
# 4: Wrong e-mail or password (Make sure you activate your key on our webste.
Would you have a solution?

Kind regards

Battle of Bodenplatte is currently only pre-order, has not been developed yet.

Battle of Stalingrad, Battle of Moscow, and most recently Battle of Kuban ( has early access still being developed, release in Jan), are the current versions that can be played.

If you ONLY have Bodenplatte then you probably can't play anything right now. Bodenplatte is a preorder with the first planes being available in the spring or summer 2018 (probably Bf109 and Spitfire mk IX).

If you want to start ASAP I'd say get BOS, it's a great place to begin.

I was to send you a gifted licence to Battle of Stalingrad, but something went terrible wrong and I got two licences on battle of Stalingrad on my account.

However I sent a ticket to 777 and they will fix it and activate the key in your account. So if you are patient you will be able to launch the game and test it out.

I have no idea when this will be done, but last time I screw up it did not take that long

Off the top of my head, have you updated your video drivers? Also what GPU do you have?

There are some issues with Nvidia GTX 780 and 780ti models that Nvidia hasn't addressed yet (most likely never will).

I own a Nvidia GTX Titan Z, I7-4960X 15MB Cache, overclocked 4.3GHz with turbo boost memory 32768MB (4X8GB) 1600MHzDDR3, W10.

Driver version 388.13

Based on that error, I would say that there is a problem with your GPU drivers (or the GPU itself). Try to make a clean install of the drivers. If that doesn't fix the issue, try to run a DirectX diagnostic. Type Windows key + R, type "dxdiag" and press enter. Wait for the diagnostics to run and then press "Save All Information...". Then, present the information in the Technical Issues sub-forum and wait for an answer from the devs.

For clean driver installation, download drivers from nvidia, but dont install.

Download DDU (Display driver uninstaller) and run it (safe mode).

When it restarts to a low res desktop, install the drivers you downloaded in step 1 and you are all set.

hi, if your GTX is overclocked it can be the cause,  i had that same error message for that reason, in my case, not sure if it was cause gpu or vram though
