No.54_Reddog Posted December 18, 2017 Posted December 18, 2017 I assume there must be one otherwise how would the beta testers know what to test? In the absence of the bug tracker accurately reflecting what has been fixed and what hasn't it would be very useful. Thanks.
69thSpiritus Posted December 18, 2017 Posted December 18, 2017 Here is the link to it on the TFS wiki page. https://www.theairtacticalassaultgroup.com/wiki/doku.php?id=tf4.5_changelog Are you looking for more detailed info or does that work?
No.54_Reddog Posted December 18, 2017 Author Posted December 18, 2017 Thanks for the reply. That document doesnt do it really. It's not immediately apparent for example whether the "long grass" problems reported at several airfields have been dealt with. Or that the FW2000 landing problems have been solved which apparently they may have been? I was hoping for a detailed list of changes, tied into bug ticket ID's ideally but I'm guessing that level of detail sadly doesn't exist.
69thSpiritus Posted December 18, 2017 Posted December 18, 2017 I'll ask. Keep an eye on the bug tracker. Now that 4.5 is released we will be going through and setting the bugs we fixed to resolved rather than in progress 100%, so that may help clarify things.
No.54_Reddog Posted December 19, 2017 Author Posted December 19, 2017 Wouldn't it have been easier to do it at the time, rather than after the event? Anyway, I will keep an eye out. Any idea of how long this process might take?
69thSpiritus Posted December 19, 2017 Posted December 19, 2017 (edited) The reasoning was that someone might have seen the issue as being resolved in 4.312. Not sure, right now our primary focus is tracking down the lag issue online, but some of us (myself) can't help much with that type of stuff so I'll be going through the bugtracker today at some point and changing the ones I worked on to resolved, and will probably start that for other bugs. No.54_Reddog Posted December 19, 2017 Author Posted December 19, 2017 Thanks. I don't know if your aware but there is a "target version" field. If you had set that to 4.5 (or 5.0 now) for the bugs you work on in the future, anyone seeing "resolved" is not going to be confused. It should be pretty obvious that it's done and awaiting the next release.
