Good morning I have the Battle of Stalingrad by the official website and get a key of the battle of moscow by the steam will I be able to active it pa my stalingrado or exchange for one of the site?

Now that's a weird scenario. If you don't have BoS on Steam, you can't even activate BoM. Either you would have to acquire BoS on steam, talk with the support team or (and I don't even know if they allow it) ask someone to activate the key for you on Steam and give you the official key. For example, I already have BoM but not on Steam. If I were to activate a new key on Steam, I would be given another official key to activate on the site, which would be useless for me. I would gladly help you in this matter but I understand the complications of this situation and don't even know if the IL-2 team allows such things.

If you have the key, you will be able to activate it on il2strumovik.com in your profile, to launch Il2 from steam you need BOS from steam, its no different from the normal game except it launches through steam.

 

So just activate your key on your existing profile and the content should be unlocked.

When I log into Steam it talks about trying to activate a DLC key before activating the necessary content to activate it and then the DLC, in the game site it says that the Key is invalid because the keys of the steam DLC you activate in steam there it releases another key to you activate on the site as I do not have the game in steam I can not activate the DLC to get the key.

Exactly. You would need BoS on Steam to do so. So, you have to choose one option: buy BoS on Steam, speak with IL-2 support, or ask someone who has BoS but not BoM on Steam to activate it for you and give you the new key to use on the site.
