Hello everyone,

I have encountered quit a problem.

Everytime I start the game the first Launcher is loaded properly.

But every single time when I try to start the Game itself the process stops and it won't continue.

I have reinstalled the game several times now and nothing has changed.

 

My systems specs are:

CPU: i7 4960x

GPU: GTX980 latest nvidia driver

SSD: Samsung 250gb

Ram: 16 gb

 

Operating System: Windows 7 Ultimate 64bit

also using Malewarebytes and Avast - both latest versions

 

So I probably don't lack system performance.

 

Has anyone encountered a simular Problem and can give me a hint how to get the game running?

Do you get some kind of error message? You say you try to start the game from the launcher and the process stops. How far does it go,do you get just a black screen? Make sure you have Win7 Update KB2670838 installed,this is necessary since a few patches ago DX10 was introduced.

do you have geforce experience? it can cause lot of wierd problems. When i installed it, it didnt let me log in to the game. Maybe try uninstalling it.

@ST_Pirato: I get no error report at all, and that drives me crazy. The launcher closes and i get a black screen for a few seconds and than I am back on my desktop, just like i never started the game at all. I have the latest Updates for Windows 7.

 

@-[hrAF]BubilHUN: yes i am using geforce experience. I will give it a try.

Laut deinem Konto hast du bis jetzt nicht mal eine Spielstunde. Du kannst also noch eine Rückerstattung in Betracht ziehen.

@L3PI4K: nein nein eine Rückerstattung steht für mich nicht zur debatte. Ich möchte dieses Spiel ja spielen(auch wenns evtl. noch ein bisschen Arbeit macht) :) Aber dankeschön
