Unable to set external view using mouse pan

Hi all, I am trying to set commands-bind keybutton as to see external plane using mouse but for me is a no-go.. I also use Track Ir and I have bind a key to disable/enable it, but this don't solve the problem I can't find how to use mouse  to pan around the plane in external view.. what I'm doing wrong? is there some special keybind to use/set?. Thank you.

For default - due that partial/unfinished "cockpit click" - mouse is for interact with cockpit (few) operational switches, this is called "Independent mode", hence can't be used for pan camera.

 

Press and hold mouse middle click (in wheel scroll in 3 buttons mouse) for momentary turn off "Independent mode" and use mouse for pan camera, or press F-10 for toggle OFF/ON "Independent mode" and use mouse for pan camera, of course turning OFF is not able to click over (few) interactive controls.

[ACG_Flyby]

Mouse is not working in cockpit (109). Can't operate magneto or fuel or canopy. Help me! Also in Options/Realism the selections are unclickable as well. This before and after the big Win10 update.
