No lines, bump mapping on models?

Hi,

checked Today, short flight on E-3, please see this:

 

 

Looks very odd, no any lines, bump mapping on models in Blitz version, just texture on polished model.

 

Is it a bug?

Is this just on the E3? Sometimes the textures take a second to load, or the cache needs to be built up.
