OT (possibly)...IL-2 1946 question

Not sure if this is the place to ask about IL-2 1946, but, here goes. I'd like to get some stick time with Me-262 (w/ 57mm cannon). So far, all I can find is the V-tailed Geschwindekite. Does IL-2 1946 have the Me-262 "Schwalbe", or do I need an extra download or Expansion Pack?

I have just looked. It is in HSFX 7 its the 1945 1a/u4 or something

Go to sas1946.com and get the B.A.T. mod. It's yuuuuuuge. My IL2-46 install is about 70GB.

 

You get everything from a Sopwith Camel to an F16 with nukes, and everything in between. Hundreds and hundreds of planes and maps. The mission editor has thousands(!) of objects to build with.

 

There is no bigger, more varied flightsim available.

Without any mods, Il-2 1946 has the Me 262 A-1a/U4 with a 50 mm cannon.

I'll go back and look for it. In the event I don't find it, Canada One, I found the B.A.T. page...but there's something like seven or eight archives. Which one should I download?

Download the manual first and read it carefully, it guides you through the installation process pretty good.

The 8 links on the "CUP becomes BAT" webpage you probably saw are expansion packs which are designed to go on top of a complete BAT install.

You can add planes check the IL2 freemod forum and they have explain how to doit and you no need to.download so much GB. You can add planes or only one plane.
