Problems with mssion design

i recently played a RoF campaign and really liked it. I loved that not only me, but other squad members were decorated and honored. I was not only hunting planes, but secured my squad while fighting. My problem is that it really pissed me that most of my squad members where killed by stupid KI tactics or by flak. In one mission we were low level fighting again single enemy fighter, and within 30s 2 squad aces startet an looping to the ground in 50m height. Both dead. Next mission was patrol and the mission design forced the leader to patrol 30min the front and the flak downed the squadron leader and me. Both dead. 

 

I really hope that KI in BoX will not make that stupid erros and you can get used to your squad members. Remember that there were pilots with over 1000 combat missions, i dont hope that flak will sniper whole squadron within days.
