No response to support ticket for 2 days???

I know this isn't supposed to be posted on this forum but having heard nothing back from 2 customer support tickets i am losing it a bit!!!

 

Purchased BoK from the online store 2 days ago and still no license key and download link?  Money has been taken from my account and an email receipt has been received?

Yeah your key most likely already is in your profile waiting for you to activate it.

 

It’s one of those things that really could be explains better in the store.

Even though you purchased BOK you will have to download BOS in order to play as BOK is only an add on to he base game BOS(you don't need to purchase BOS to play BOK).

 

If you go back to where you purchased the game and are able to log in to your account you'll see a download button.  There'a also a page to manually activate your keys but when I bought mine it became activated automatically.

Now slow down a tad there Hoss and welcome to the community. Your key is safe in your profile as stated above. even guys who have been here a while forget how to activate stuff. It’s not difficult but activation isn’t particularly intuitive either. The DEV team is usually pretty responsive but it’s not a AAA title. There aren’t ten guys sitting around a help desk. The instructions you need are above in the thread. Your money is well spent and you will be up and running shortly. Again, welcome.

Also, dont forget that if you raise multiple tickets they may both be reset to the time of the second one. I cant speak for these devs but some systems do that.
