[TAW] 216th // Pe-2s Attacking Tanks Near Kalach

[216th_Jordan]

As german tanks are advancing at a fearsome rate towards Kalach the 216th is assigned a difficult task: Sweep into enemy territory below cloudcover at 2500 meters and perform a divebombing attack on the advancing and heavily defended german tank column. By superior flying skills and coordination the 216th proved itself in the assigned task and carried out the strike without the loss of one of its 5 Petlyakovs. Cheerfully the group arrives back at Gromoslavka, ready to strike back whenever needed.
