IL-2 Menus Bugged/ Content Missing

Ever since the latest update, I have been unable to play on both my PC and laptop. Once logged in, half the menu is missing, and my mouse does not appear. If I go into Capaign, all of my purchased content is greyed out and locked! It was working fine about a month ago when I was last in town. I noticed my shortcut has changed from BoM back to BoS, and regardless of any combination of resolutions settings, I can't seem to get this resolved. I will take a picture with my phone when I am back home, since screenshots do not show the issue with the mouse and menu
