How do you get the videos off your game into a file

I hope I worded that title correctly:
My issue is - how do I get the videos off the game and into a file which I can share from there.
I see I cannot copy the file. When I right click on the video it does nothing. So copying it and the link are out of the question.

If I go the IL 2 file folder on my hard drive, I cannot find the listing for the video I recorded either.

So, it is wonderful all you people are sharing your videos, but it would be nice if some one posted on how you actually copy and paste a video one has recorded in the first place.

 

A detailed explaination would be greatly appreciated.

I can record my gameplay, but have no idea on how to share it with the world.
