thrila Posted December 2, 2017 Posted December 2, 2017 Hi, I've recently purchased a new laptop and the game will not launch. I have tried starting it through steam and also the il-2.exe in the game folder. The il-2 icon is displayed in the taskbar but displays (not responding). I have updated the latest video drivers and reinstalled il-2. My specs are: Windows 10 v1703 Processor: i7-7820k @2.9 GHz RAM: 16 GB Graphics card: Geforce GTX 1080 Graphics driver: 388.43 I've attached screenshots of the NVidia graphic settings. Thanks for any assistance you can provide.
thrila Posted December 3, 2017 Author Posted December 3, 2017 (edited) I've also downloaded the game via the il-2 website and attempted to run the game using the launcher with same problem as above. I have attempted to launch the game as administrator and also disabled firewall and anti-virus software. Edited December 4, 2017 by thrila
67th_SiLLA Posted December 23, 2017 Posted December 23, 2017 If u have a MSI MB, uninstall NahimicVR (its a audio software), or just disable it. I wasnt playing for months until i found that solution, somethings weird with the VR part of Nahimic.
