X-55 Rhino Joystick/Throttle axes problem

I am unable to set up the Joystick / Throttle  - the sim recognizes the Throttle axes as the Joystick axes

 

but I am unable to move the airplane throttle to 100%

 

and although I set the views I am unable to move it in game using the joystick

I'm sorry for the tone of this response, but did you try testing the unit under windows control panel? And more importantly did you map the controls in game before testing the simulator? It sounds like something is simply mapped incorrectly. Good luck.

I am using the in game commands instead of programing the joystick

 

slowly getting there - noticed that the cockpit zomm/view is not the same as the external view commands - which I find a bit odd.
