Findign one with the skills is not hard.. finding one with the skills that is  within reach of stealing from another company is  hard :P

They should just search for experienced programmer and send him on aerodynamic lessons, in a few days he would be top ready.

Expecially if it's about basic aerodynamics!

Yes we are looking for another engineer so we can increase our airplane output so we can work with qualified third party teams as we are doing on the Po-2 and Li-2. Finding such a person is difficult and we recruit in Russia to the training can be accomplished quickly and that person can live in Moscow and train directly with our engineers. So no one quit and this is part of our larger plan. Our engineers really do need to be passionate and be willing to put in some serious hours to learn and become efficient in building our FMs. The job posting you see in the forum is pretty accurate if somewhat entertaining.
