Jade_Monkey Posted December 1, 2017 Posted December 1, 2017 Yes!!! I like Petrovich's sense of humor on the job posting too. 1
216th_Jordan Posted December 1, 2017 Posted December 1, 2017 Now THAT is a nice Dev Diary! Honestly: Thats just great!
unreasonable Posted December 1, 2017 Posted December 1, 2017 One of the most encouraging posts ever.... hope they find a good man.
Juri_JS Posted December 1, 2017 Posted December 1, 2017 Yes, good news. But after reading the job posting I think it won't be easy to find someone with all the required skills.
VeryOldMan Posted December 1, 2017 Posted December 1, 2017 Yes, good news. But after reading the job posting I think it won't be easy to find someone with all the required skills. Findign one with the skills is not hard.. finding one with the skills that is within reach of stealing from another company is hard
Guest deleted@50488 Posted December 1, 2017 Posted December 1, 2017 What ? They didn't hire me ??????
unreasonable Posted December 2, 2017 Posted December 2, 2017 Unless it means that the old programmer has just resigned.
Urra Posted December 2, 2017 Posted December 2, 2017 Unless it means that the old programmer has just resigned. Ha!, no?
Ribbon Posted December 2, 2017 Posted December 2, 2017 (edited) They should just search for experienced programmer and send him on aerodynamic lessons, in a few days he would be top ready. Expecially if it's about basic aerodynamics! Edited December 2, 2017 by EAF_Ribbon

Jason_Williams Posted December 2, 2017 Posted December 2, 2017 Yes we are looking for another engineer so we can increase our airplane output so we can work with qualified third party teams as we are doing on the Po-2 and Li-2. Finding such a person is difficult and we recruit in Russia to the training can be accomplished quickly and that person can live in Moscow and train directly with our engineers. So no one quit and this is part of our larger plan. Our engineers really do need to be passionate and be willing to put in some serious hours to learn and become efficient in building our FMs. The job posting you see in the forum is pretty accurate if somewhat entertaining.
