VR whit sound problem

I have a major isus.

Just swtich from WT to IL2 and I love it but everything comes whit a price.

I can't here any flak sound? I have been searching for answer but didint finde any answer.

 

I play whit the Rift and use the headphones that comes whit the Rift.

So you mean that you can't hear the flak whit the engine running?

Engines are very noisy. If the burst is close enough you will hear it.

Okey I thought it was some sound issu whit in the VR. It feel wired not hearing the sound. Even if it was so in real combat.

It's like seeing somebody waving a sword whiteout any swooosh sound. It just don't feel right

So is there a way to make the flak sound higher? I red something about useing notepad++

 

And How can i get rid of the blue ring?

I hear the flak pretty well, flying in VR. But of course it depends on the amount of flak and how close it gets. As long as it explodes behind you, it will be pretty quiet. But if you see black puffs ahead of you and you still don't hear them, something might be wrong.
